If nothing else about this song fits the creepy season, the bass player's outfit sure does. The seventies were a very strange time in the music industry, and I think this proves that. Other than that, this is a great performance of this tune. It's pretty close to the recording. The vocals in particular are amazing, as they always were.
This was the band's first Hot 100 top ten, cracking the countdown at #9. It appeared on their debut album, Dreamboat Annie, released in 1976 in the US. The song was partially based around singer-songwriter Ann Wilson's relationship with her manager, Michael Fisher.
