This is a hard song to find on YouTube for some reason. It was Shelton's debut single after execs at his then label Giant Records decided that "I Wanna Talk About Me" wasn't a good lead-off single for him. Toby Keith wound up recording that song and made it a #1 hit. Regardless, Shelton continued on a successful career without the "Talk", and to be honest, I can't imagine anyone but Keith doing that one.
I'm not a big fan of Shelton's, but I was fortunate enough to get a call to help set up for his concert that's currently taking place. I'm actually getting ready to head back that direction for tear down. So, I thought it only fitting that I post one of his songs. I do like this one and have since it was first released.
