Toto was originally formed by some very in-demand studio musicians in the seventies. This is by far their biggest hit, but it's not their only hit. I love this live recording of it. It allows each of the performers on stage to showcase their talents. The two vocal parts play well off one another, too. Plus, I love how thy really sneak the song in on you, starting off at a lot milder pace and than blowing it wide open.

There's another awesome live recording of this one, but I had to go for the one that had the bass player with the epic beard: Leland Sklar. He was filling in for Mike Porcaro at the time. I really enjoy seeing guys that are really up in age still getting out and performing, and when you see them do it, it gives you hope that you'll still be playing when you get there, too. The only thing I can think of that would make this better: a live horn section covering the synth parts!
