Here's another great summer tune. It really does seem like everything's right once summer gets rolling, even if it's not really. The warm weather and cookouts and camping and motorcycle rides...the list goes on. The video for this song was pretty good, too. It was cheesy country video at its best, but it had a lot of cool celebrity cameos.
The song hit the radio in 1995 and hit #1 on the country charts later that year.It was co-written by Black and Hayden Nicholas. This wasn't the first tune he had written with Black, either. They worked together on "A Better Man" and "Killin' Time". The latter of those two songs are one of my favorites of Black's.
