This song right from the beginning reminds me of an 80s tune with the drum beat and vocals being the introduction of the song. It's either that or a remind of the classic Fats Domino song, "I'm Walkin'". The band's vocalist, John Ramsay, is singing with all he's got during this opening, almost screaming his part. I've never been much for the band even though I do like pop-punk usually, even if it is of the Canadian brand.
The song appeared on the band's latest album, Ever After, their third release. The album, like the one that preceded it, Masterpiece Theater, is a concept album. It tells a story through the songs included in the work. In this tale, Josh Ramsay (lead singer) is transported away to Toyland.
