This post is grown from nostalgia I've been feeling lately. This was a big hit you heard at dances a lot when I was in high school. This and the duo's other big hit, "Crazy", are essentially the same song they sound so much alike. If you don't believe me find the video online. It's not that strange. Often times a group will find a very specific sound that works for them and just duplicate it numerous times with slight variations.
Between the two songs, this one was their most successful. It held the top spot on the Hot 100 for three consecutive weeks, making it their biggest hit. Outside of the commercial world, the song was also successful critically, being nominated for two Grammy Awards. I haven't really heard anything about the two since that time. They did sign a deal with Babyface's label in 2010 after releasing an album in 2008 entitled Love that was only released in Japan.
