There are a lot of live versions of this song available, but they don't quite live up to the recorded version. They're good; don't get me wrong. The band tends to play around with the tune a little, though, and I really like the tight, solid sound they used when they recorded it. It's that fast, boogie-woogie groove, and the quick, fun vocals that really sold me on the tune.
The band is based out of Austin, Texas, but they were formed right here in my home state: West Virginia, Paw Paw, WV to be exact. They've released over twenty studio albums, and they've had more than twenty singles on the charts. This isn't their highest rated single, but it's probably my favorite song of theirs.
