I'm not much of a reggae fan. I can get on board with a little Marley every now and then, but all-in-all, I pretty much avoid the genre. However, I'm doing my best to, no pun intended, spread myself out there some more and get into a few more musical genres. This is my first step.This group was formed in 1996, and their debut album was released in 2008. That's a pretty good stretch between founding and album release.
I relate with the song. I remember working in the retail world and in the land of the 9-to-5'ers. Life moves so fast anymore, and people are always in such a hurry. You get involved in too much and you spread yourself too thin. Family, work, school, hobbies, kids, personal obligations, time for yourself...most people have a lot going on in their lives. Sometimes you just need to stop and evaluate what's most important and focus there.
