I have no idea from where this song comes, but I love the message here. I've posted on this type of topic before. I love to know that through all of the horrible, evil things that happen out there in the world, there are still people that will go out of their way to do something nice for others. These random acts of kindness, as it has become common to refer to them, are what really keeps the world turning without crashing and burning.
The music compliments the images well; it's a very emotional piece. The video is a compilation of shots from Russian dashboard cams. I don't know that the composer of this song was Russian, but he or she may very well have been. Music is one of those experiences that crosses language barriers.
