I don't care if you're a Bon Scott or a Bryan Johnson fan; AC/DC still hits REALLY hard at live performances. This song is one of their staples, and while it's not one of my personal favorites from the group, I do enjoy it. It's another one appropriate for the ghostly time of year. While it doesn't capture any kind of any eerie feel, you can definitely associate it with other parts of the holiday.

The idea for the song was inspired by the group's "hellish" touring schedule and guitarist Angus Young's observation that it was like a "highway to hell". The song was the title and opening track of the band's 1979 album. In Germany, the song stayed on the charts for an astonishing forty-five weeks.
