Here's another nineties country tune I'd forgotten about until recently. This post is completely inspired by nostalgia. I have no other reason for it really. I mean, I like the song OK, but it's not one of my favorites, and it's not an amazing song. Although, it does have a clever hook. It's just something I remember from my childhood.
It was a #11 hit for Ball, the third single from the album Thinkin' Problem. The title track for that album was a #2 hit for the singer. There were three other singles form the album: "What Do You Want with His Love," "When the Thought of You Catches Up With Me," and "Honky Tonk Healin," the second of which was the highest charting of the group at #7.
