This is a cool little piece that you might honestly find boring. It does however fit right into the context of the movie. It fills the background out just right, which is what a soundtrack piece like this is supposed to do. I can't lie; the entire reason this song gets a posting is because of its name. I can't think of anything better to call a song. If you've ever seen the movie, you might remember why it's called that. If not, see the clip below. It's a fan dub, but a pretty decent one.
The old man being helped down had just recently thrown off the emperor's groove during his open title sequence. He was then thrown from the palace window. He warns Pacha to "beware the groove". This is one of many reasons that this movie is at the top of my Disney favorites list.
