One of the comments under this video on YouTube says that this guy should get more views. With all of the crap that people (myself included) waste our time watching on the internet, I have to agree. He's got a great voice, and he's put together a great take on this classic tune. I hate to compare him to another artist, but he definitely has a Jason Mraz kind of vibe. If you're going to be compared to someone, that's not a bad one.
This song was written by Smokey Robinson & Bobby Rogers. Both were members of the Miracles at the time. Why they didn't take the songs themselves, I couldn't say. It wound up being the first song from the Temptations to chart on the Hot 100, peaking at #11. It wouldn't be the last time Robinson wrote for the group.
