The band's original song isn't what first caught my eye, but I wanted to get it posted. It's a pretty cool song, and it's performed well. I'm not sure how I feel about the mesh of genres, though. I'm not 100% on what I'd call this style. I like it alright, but I haven't made up my mind 100%. My one complaint would be that the singer's voice doesn't quite fit the rock flavor int he music.
The vocals in general almost sound like a Broadway musical. I'm all up for a good musical, but at the same time, it needs to be in the right context. This isn't quite that context. I am awfully partial to their website's description of the group on the "The Band" page. It goes right along with the theme of their name. The song that actually attracted my attention first is the cover posted below.
